+ Registration
On order to keep costs down and paperwork at a minimum, sign-ups and payment for any or all Training Days sessions take place take place online only, powered by the Active Network. Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Proof of age may be required. Payment will not be accepted at camps.

Each registered child will receive one T-shirt, regardless of the number of weeks for which he or she has registered.

+ Age requirements
Training Days campers must be 7 to 13 years old. Children are grouped according to age determined at time of registration and may not change age groups during the program.

+ Attendance
Parents or guardians are responsible for transportation of participants to Training Days, and a parent or guardian MUST sign in each child at the beginning of each daily session for which he or she has registered. Attendance is taken at the start of each daily session and regularly throughout the day.

Payment must be made in full before a child may be left at the camp, and additional fees will apply if a child is dropped off or picked up outside the time for which he or she is registered. No child may be dropped off or leave the camp location without a parent, guardian or camp counselor.

No child may arrive at a Training Days session earlier than 7:30 a.m. unless arrangements have been made to do otherwise. Every child must be picked up before 5:30 p.m. If a child remains at the camp site after 5:30 p.m., a $15 fee will apply. Any child who remains at the camp site after 6:30 p.m. will be turned over to law enforcement. Late fees must be paid in full before a child may return to camp.

+ Medical emergencies
It is important that our staff members be informed of any medical problems or limitations that affect our campers, so that we may accommodate their needs. Therefore, the online medical form must be completed for each camper.

Training Days personnel will not administer any medication to any child. No exceptions will be made.

In the event of injury of any kind to any camper, an incident report will be written for presentation to the child’s parent or guardian (and the parent contacted. The parent or guardian’s signature will be required to affirm that he or she has read the report.

+ Behavior
Training Days expects good, respectful conduct from each of its participants and our staff does not tolerate bad behavior. We will suspend campers for major offenses, which include:

+ Acts of violence committed against other children or staff members;
+ Willful destruction of property
+ Foul language
+ Stealing
+ Harassment
+ Disrespect for supervisors or staff

Acts of discrimination or harassment based upon an individual's race, sex, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry and age are serious violations of Training Days policy and will be dealt with promptly. Sexual harassment is illegal under state and federal law, and in some cases, those who commit acts of sexual harassment may prosecuted. 

+ Refunds
Training Days maintains a strict policy with regard to refunds. Because staff members are hired, and equipment and supplies purchased on the basis of anticipated enrollment numbers derived from paid deposits, deposits are not refundable.

To apply for a refund of the remainder of the registration fee, parents must complete the refund request form. Refunds are granted solely for medical reasons, with a note from the physician; for family emergencies; or due to suspension from the program. No request for refund will be honored after camp program has concluded. If the request is approved, a check will be issued and mailed within 14 days.
