When do I go to class?
Boot Camp Fitness is a results-driven conditioning program. So what's it like?
Each Boot Camp session is 45 minutes long, done either in the morning or evening. When you arrive at the training site, you'll start with stretching until formation time. Our warm-ups usually consist of calisthenics and total body flexibility exercises to prepare your body for the upcoming session. We also allow time for a cool-down session after each workout. You will enjoy the combination of personal attention and social interaction that the Boot Camp Fitness partner format allows. Also, no workout session is repeated during your four weeks of training. We keep your interest and your curiosity levels high in anticipation of the workouts.
What if I can't do the exercises?
Don't worry if you can't perform each workout your instructor provides you. He or she will also instruct you how to perform a modified, lower-impact version of the exercise as an alternative. This will strengthen the targeted muscle group so that you will eventually be able to perform the original exercise.
What should I bring?
You will need to bring the following items to each boot camp:
+ Workout Mat - you can get this at Wal-mart
+ Towel
+ Two pairs of dumbbells - 5lb and 8lb weights are a good place to start
+ Water Bottle - stay hydrated!
+ Wear running shoes, loose and comfortable clothing
+ And most important a great attitude!
