7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
Overview: A typical schedule for one session at Training Days:
7:30-8 am Drop-off
8-8:15 am Warm-ups
8:30-11:00 am Agility Techniques
11:00 am-12:00 pm Lunch
12:30-4:00 pm Multi Sports, Kickball, Baseball, Football.... you name it we are doing it.
4:00-5:30 pm Free play and pick up.
What to bring:
+ Sun block (required)
+ Personal water bottle (required)
+ Towel
+ Healthy lunch (required)
+ Healthy snack
+ Shoes in which the camper plays a particular sport (not required)
+ A great attitude, a lot of energy and the willingness to have some fun!
What will be provided:
+ One Training Days T-shirt per camper
+ Plenty of water and energy beverage
+ Misting fans, to keep campers cool when necessary
+ Shaded or indoor areas for rest times
Remember:
+ Training Days does not provide meals, so each child must bring his or her own lunch.
+ A bag lunch is preferred for easy disposal afterward. Should your child bring a thermal or reusable bag or lunch box, please mark his or her name on it clearly.
+ Beverages with high sugar content and dairy beverages are not recommended.
+ Gum is not permitted at any time.
In the rare event that a program is cancelled after it begins, no child will be left alone. The on-site instructors will ensure that every participant is picked up by a parent, guardian or person to be contacted in case of emergency.
